Goran de la eggs
- 1/2 of onion
- 1 paprika
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- spices (salt, etc.)
- Chop the onion, paprika and mushrooms.
- Put it all in a pan and add spices and a bit of water.
- Cover the pan and cook it, stirring occasionally until vegetables become soft and the most of the water evaporates.
- Add eggs and cover it again for 3-4 minutes.
