Description
I joined the Eastern Bank project as a senior developer and, after a few months, was promoted to tech lead, taking over the project leadership. As a tech lead, I created detailed estimates for new features, managed tasks in Jira with detailed requirements, created acceptance criteria and implementation details, led client meetings, conducted code reviews, mentored junior developers, and organized and conducted deployments.
Challenges
WCAG AA Compliance: One of the biggest challenges was implementing WCAG AA standards. This is often complicated in new projects, and even more challenging in existing ones. We had to redesign certain components completely to meet the standards.
