- 3 coffee cups of oatmeal
- 4 bananas
- 2 scoops of protein powder ~ 50 g (I prefer chocolate flavor)
- 150 g of raspberry (or something else that you like)
- 1 baking powder
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grind the oatmeal.
- Blend bananas and the raspberry.
- Mix it all together and add the baking and the protein powder.
- Put the mixture into the molds.
- Bake it for 25 min.
