Ingredients

  • 3 coffee cups of oatmeal
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 scoops of protein powder ~ 50 g (I prefer chocolate flavor)
  • 150 g of raspberry (or something else that you like)
  • 1 baking powder

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Grind the oatmeal.
  • Blend bananas and the raspberry.
  • Mix it all together and add the baking and the protein powder.
  • Put the mixture into the molds.
  • Bake it for 25 min.
