Ingredients

  • 5 cups of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of hazelnut
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup of sesame
  • 1 cup of linseed
  • 1 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup of raisins
  • 1 cup of coconut

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 150°C.
  • Roughly grind the hazelnuts and almonds.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, ground nuts, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and raisins.
  • Spread evenly on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice for even toasting.
  • Remove from oven, mix in shredded coconut, and let cool completely.
  • Store: Transfer to an airtight container.

    Serving

  • Add to a bowl with:
    • Yogurt
    • Frozen or fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
    • 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or fruit flavor)
  • Stir well and let sit for a few minutes before eating.
