Ingredients
- 5 cups of oatmeal
- 1 cup of hazelnut
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1 cup of sesame
- 1 cup of linseed
- 1 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 cup of coconut
Directions
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Roughly grind the hazelnuts and almonds.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, ground nuts, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and raisins.
- Spread evenly on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice for even toasting.
- Remove from oven, mix in shredded coconut, and let cool completely.
Store: Transfer to an airtight container.
Serving
- Add to a bowl with:
- Yogurt
- Frozen or fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
- 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or fruit flavor)
- Stir well and let sit for a few minutes before eating.
